Before the world began<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There was math.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

One plus one was always two,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And I loved it that way.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So, I decided to paint.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I threw color at the canvas<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And warped the silken threads.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This, of course, was all in my head.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And then I saw you.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Right there in the middle of a blob of blue,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Was you, Love.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I was amazed that such an accidental<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Splash of color could create<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A being of light,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Like me.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I am that I am,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And I have always been.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I think, I feel, I see, I desire, I cry, I laugh.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Most of the time I laugh.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All of the time, I love.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Some of the time I wonder<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Why my Loves, my beautiful Loves,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Love me in the sky when I am here<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Among them, wandering aimlessly,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Laughing at their petty feuds,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And knowing, all the while,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
