there\u2019s steps to take, defects to free<\/p>\n
and then you\u2019ll find a happy me<\/p>\n

when storms abound, never cry<\/p>\n
meditation clears the sky<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
in self loathing never stray<\/p>\n
and future, past be always gray<\/p>\n
in present may you always stay<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
if worry e\u2019er erupts your day<\/p>\n
sing a song, go out to play<\/p>\n
if nothing works<\/p>\n
