I\u2019m being torn between two roads:<\/p>\n
One I\u2019ve worked towards my entire life<\/p>\n
The other, a road unknown<\/p>\n
One has a goal that aligns with mine<\/p>\n
The other could also lead me to prosper<\/p>\n
My role in life has changed<\/p>\n
I no longer feel I can be selfish<\/p>\n
But must sacrifice for everyone else<\/p>\n
I no longer feel my life is as important<\/p>\n
I feel lost with no direction<\/p>\n
A compass unsure which way is North<\/p>\n
I want to trust my feet<\/p>\n
And where they go<\/p>\n
But too afraid they\u2019ll lead me astray<\/p>\n
I no longer trust my own judgment<\/p>\n
For my vision doesn\u2019t seem to be in focus<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve always known where I wanted to go<\/p>\n
Now I\u2019m scared I may accomplish it<\/p>\n
I\u2019m stalling to give myself more time<\/p>\n
As if it\u2019ll mean that I don\u2019t have to decide<\/p>\n
Everyone\u2019s depending on me<\/p>\n
The pressure is so high<\/p>\n
