I&#8217;m sort of wandering aimlessly through the emails and postings&#8230; not sure where I should be or what I should be doing. \u00a0My daughters presented me with a puppy Saturday morning and I have gotten little done since then. I left teaching middle school after 15 years this year, so this is my summer to explore and find out where the next ramble will take me. I have been doing a lot of nonfiction writing, fighting the incredible growth in the backyard after endless rain, and emptying unloved or unnecessary things from my small, very small, house.<\/p>\n<p>I joined the Poetry Marathon, because I haven&#8217;t spent a lot of time on poetry for some time and have missed it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi, I&#8217;m Nancy from Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
