Write a poem about your childhood<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. My friend’s childhood memories seem so drab,<\/p>\n

Contrast to my childhood – ‘coz I was like a wandering hermit crab,<\/p>\n

2. Born a Cancerian – Crab being the sunsign symbol,<\/p>\n

Through the years I have had many a fall and stumble,<\/p>\n

3. Our family had to cope with the “transferable job” my father had,<\/p>\n

Leaving a just-settled-home was always sad,<\/p>\n

4. Upon each new job posting, we had a new house in a new town,<\/p>\n

New school with new friends, life full of up and down,<\/p>\n

5. Nomadic life taught this Crab valuable lessons,<\/p>\n

To stay strong and count only the blessings.<\/p>\n
