Complacency<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Inertia<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Frustration<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ingredient 1. Is mixed in with everything else, <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ingredient 2 seasons.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3 and 4 are tossed into the recipe, both <\/span>compliment<\/span> each other perfectly<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bu<\/span>t it is 5 that gives it its <\/span>punch <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Method<\/span><\/p>\n

It was distance of so far for so long<\/span><\/p>\n

that <\/span>our<\/span> love just <\/span>lost all<\/span> its heat<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It was time that spoke most, the day after day, more like friends than lovers<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I had somehow grown to enjoy the solitude, lived both lives single and in love<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Certain it was not forever, that time would bring us back again<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Stronger for having made it through<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I <\/span>didn\u2019t<\/span> realise<\/span> her heart had already risen<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Not for us as lovers now but for us as <\/span>almost so<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Frustration is the prime ingredient of a broken heart<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

the what if, the questions<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

That sprinkle throughout the whole stack of emotions<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

That the glaze of\u00a0tears that are dried out by grief<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But what hurts most, is knowing<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I did not take enough care, thinking it all so simple<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So straightforward, the recipe of love<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Being <\/span>maths<\/span>, measures and doses<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The recipe of love, requires a devoted hand<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
