(1\/2 Marathon, Hour Two)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Black love.<\/strong><br \/>\nI will not understand your pain<br \/>\nUntil you feel my rage in its entirety.<\/p>\n<p>I will not empathize with every death that leaves me just a little more dead<br \/>\nLike starting with numbness\u2014fingers with needles in the tips<br \/>\nLike a blackened lung that will no longer process breath<br \/>\nLike the my fourth toe on my right foot hardening and falling off<br \/>\nLike my left shin (grey on the side) faded and deceased like frost-bitten flesh<br \/>\nLike no nipples left from malignant ravaging<br \/>\nLike three locs of my hair falling out randomly\u2014but not<br \/>\nLike a kidney pounded and destroyed by blood desperately running from stress<br \/>\nLike a vagina sewn tightly with straw and rock<br \/>\nLike my back covered in scales, dark and dry and lifeless<br \/>\nLike fat smothering a heart that is ready to stop breaking<\/p>\n<p>Ready to stop breaking.<\/p>\n<p>This is a lie. I feel your pain because it is my pain inside of your body.<\/p>\n<p>But you will never feel my rage.<br \/>\nYou don\u2019t believe it\u2019s real.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Black love.
