How to Find Contentment\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Find a beach. A place where the waves\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

race up on the shore and smoothe it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you give them time the waves\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

can do that for you, smoothe over\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

the rough places of life, lull you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hopefully you\u2019ll find some clouds\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

for the sky. They\u2019ll dance over the sun\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

and give you some shade during the day,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

but bring an umbrella or rent one\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

if it\u2019s that big a beach. Smaller beaches\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

might be better, fewer people.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Maybe you know of a \u201clocals only\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

beach. Spend the day, play in the waves,<\/span><\/p>\n

lay on your back, let the waves roll over\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

you and see what\u2019s hiding in the clouds,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

eat your lunch and drink lots of water.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Always water. As the day goes by,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

feel the contentment flow into your body\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

until even your fingernails and toenails<\/span><\/p>\n

are content. As evening arrives,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

watch the clouds. Sometimes\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

they call cloud buddies\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

and will gather together to cry they are\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

so happy in the sky watching you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re truly lucky you can sit\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

on the shore and watch the sun\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

sink into the ocean and see\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

in pinks, oranges, blues and purples\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

explode over the sky.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tomorrow you can do it again.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
