I like my poems short and sweet
\nreading or writing, I prefer to be brief.
\nSome go on and on without relief
\nwords flow, I yawn and off goes the beat!
\nBut I do not wail or suffer in grief
\nRead them in full and you’ll be left in disbelief.<\/p>\n
“Just One More Line, Baby, Just One More”<\/p>\n
“Stop, Stop, Stop!”
\naren’t those words enough?
\nso what happened to the ‘Less is More’ preach?
\nThat goes on forever…Alas! Not again!
\nBut if I could write like just a little more
\nI’d set everything aside and
\nI’d fill the page with colors more bright
\nand stop writing everything Just Right!<\/p>\n

\nmy words kept rambling on and on.
\nHope you’re awake to the end of my song
\nBut only to sing along.
\nAnd though the haiku I will not abort,
