{"id":63775,"date":"2020-06-27T11:26:47","date_gmt":"2020-06-27T15:26:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepoetrymarathon.com\/blog\/?p=63775"},"modified":"2020-06-29T12:00:20","modified_gmt":"2020-06-29T16:00:20","slug":"hour-3-prompt-3-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepoetrymarathon.com\/blog\/2020\/06\/hour-3-prompt-3-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Hour 3: Rude People (A Bop)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Rude People (A Bop)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are people in this world that I don\u2019t understand,<\/p>\n<p>They are rude and uncouth, it has gotten out of hand.<\/p>\n<p>They are louts and they\u2019re bores, just not very pleasant<\/p>\n<p>I run into them often, they always seem present.<\/p>\n<p>I beg the good Lord, to give me the patience to see<\/p>\n<p>The good in these people who are so insulting to me.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">What has happened to make you so rude?<\/p>\n<p>An example of these rude people, just so you know<\/p>\n<p>Is, for instance, getting in your way, wherever you go.<\/p>\n<p>Those people who think they should be head of the line<\/p>\n<p>Even if others have been there waiting, they will start to whine.<\/p>\n<p>The people who feel entitled, just cause their born<\/p>\n<p>Better than those who worked hard, worn down, torn.<\/p>\n<p>The whiners, complainers, grumpy troublemakers,<\/p>\n<p>The grumblers, the moaners, growling bellyachers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">What has happened to make you so rude?.<\/p>\n<p>The one thing I can do, the best thing that I know<\/p>\n<p>Is to shower these unhappy people with kindness, to show<\/p>\n<p>Another way, an example, that they can choose to act<\/p>\n<p>Show them you can make a point, while using some tact.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ll try to remember, even though it can get hard to do<\/p>\n<p>That some people fight battles and don\u2019t know what to do.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">What has happened to make you so rude?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rude People (A Bop) There are people in this world that I don\u2019t understand, They are rude and uncouth, it has gotten out of hand.
