HER CHALLENGE<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
She took the challenge, knowing she could not go it alone<\/p>\n
The tasks were daunting, the accolades few and far between<\/p>\n
Each day posed a question, a problem, an issue to tackle<\/p>\n
The mountain of uncertainty grew before her eyes<\/p>\n
The puzzle seemed to be adding more pieces of varying size<\/p>\n
Nothing seemed to fit though she knew that it must<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Where could she turn, who could she trust, who had the answers she needed so desperately<\/p>\n
She had an idea of who to trust as her muse, her confidant<\/p>\n
Yet the opinions of others whom she also valued,<\/p>\n
Would alter her direction, change her course<\/p>\n
Had she put her eggs in the wrong basket, errored already<\/p>\n
The clock of progression slowed with her uncertainty<\/p>\n
Decisions were waiting for her green light or no go<\/p>\n
She found this lesson in humanity unpleasant, not helpful<\/p>\n
Was she really unfit for this new role<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Where could she turn, who could she trust, who had the answers she needed so desperately<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
She heeded these lessons, though painful and poignant<\/p>\n
She continued to listen to those whom she once had revered<\/p>\n
She held on to their ideals and opinions, filtering them<\/p>\n
Dissecting them, analyzing them for content and value<\/p>\n
For each situation, each challenge, for each question posed<\/p>\n
And she looked to the heavens and her heart for the answer<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Where could she turn, who could she trust, who had the answers she needed so desperately<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
