Is it overtaking the globe?<br \/>\nTrapped inside, mental health issues and violence expands.<br \/>\nWe witness the worst parts of human nature. Over and over.<br \/>\nWill there be a second wave? Facing our own mortality.<br \/>\nIs this the end of the world? What is normal?<br \/>\nJudging others\u2019 choices. When will there be a vaccine?<br \/>\nBe a rainbow in someone else\u2019s cloud.<\/p>\n<p>Shut off the news.<br \/>\nSpread kindness ~ to loved ones and strangers.<br \/>\nExercise. Your mind as well as your physical being.<br \/>\nListen. Focus on the good. What you focus on increases.<br \/>\nExperience gratitude. Know that we will get through this.<br \/>\nOptimism is the best cure. Hope transforms poverty.
