This night sky full of stars<\/span><\/p>\n

Reminds me of when I was a kid<\/span><\/p>\n

And looked up to a similar sky<\/span><\/p>\n

Wondering if I could reach those stars<\/span><\/p>\n

If I stretched my hand far enough<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The dreams changed when\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One day I could only see<\/span><\/p>\n

The dark clouds covering the sky<\/span><\/p>\n

Which had always seemed so\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So invincible, so untouchable<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Yearning for the light<\/span><\/p>\n

I couldn’t understand why<\/span><\/p>\n

Why didn’t the sky fight back<\/span><\/p>\n

Was it’s light not enough<\/span><\/p>\n

To even make a crack in the foreboding clouds?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Of course, things have changed<\/span><\/p>\n

since then, I have changed<\/span><\/p>\n

And now I realize that maybe<\/span><\/p>\n

Maybe the clouds were just like me<\/span><\/p>\n

Admiring something from far below<\/span><\/p>\n

wondering if they could ever reach it\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n
