{"id":66131,"date":"2020-06-27T14:15:51","date_gmt":"2020-06-27T18:15:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepoetrymarathon.com\/blog\/?p=66131"},"modified":"2020-07-23T17:13:51","modified_gmt":"2020-07-23T21:13:51","slug":"6-im-gone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepoetrymarathon.com\/blog\/2020\/06\/6-im-gone\/","title":{"rendered":"6: I\u2019m Gone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Been listening to One Fast Move Or I\u2019m Gone<br \/>\nthe soundtrack to Kerouac\u2019s Big Sur<br \/>\nand it\u2019s as if I\u2019ve been listening for years<br \/>\nnever stopping always looping<br \/>\nand making the lyrics my life<br \/>\neven when I\u2019m not sure of every<br \/>\nword and even when I can\u2019t<br \/>\nremember if I read Big Sur<br \/>\nand if I did read it, if I<br \/>\nunderstood it and I probably<br \/>\ndidn\u2019t because I love him<br \/>\nthe way any woman loves a man<br \/>\nwho drinks and writes and<br \/>\nruns around on her<br \/>\nand his words mean everything to<br \/>\nmy little heart even though I<br \/>\nnever quite get them because<br \/>\nthey exist always out of reach in fast<br \/>\ntype scrolled and pounded<br \/>\nand I could never live a life<br \/>\nlike that.
