\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 cultivating life energy\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Deep breath,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span> cleansing breath,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0in and out<\/span><\/p>\n

Later the warmth of a coffee-filled mug in my hands\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 my soul smiles with each caffeinated sip<\/span><\/p>\n

A leisure walk along the bluff\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0an afternoon swell of wind is a kiss on my cheeks, <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 the azure sky and sun glinting off the lake energy within\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Expel warm breath, push sailboats into specks on the horizon<\/span><\/p>\n

Cool firelit evening, crackling campfire<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 My family dissects the world.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Falls into a collective existential crisis but resurfaces<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 with lighter conversation of books and music <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 shares laughter into wee Witching hours —\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So it ends with harmony and deep breath,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
