I’m writing to deadline,<\/p>\n
hubby’s doing computer work,<\/p>\n
the cats are napping,<\/p>\n
we’re all of us taking time.<\/p>\n
But she needs our’s<\/p>\n
So I’ll crank until she<\/p>\n
can touch base,<\/p>\n
re-root herself<\/p>\n
while I untangle<\/p>\n
self, and muse, and verse,<\/p>\n
to create a semblance<\/p>\n
of what’s within murky Covid<\/p>\n
thoughts.<\/p>\n
And I know, feel sure,<\/p>\n
all will be ok.<\/p>\n
For her.<\/p>\n
For me.<\/p>\n
For him.<\/p>\n
Families across the world<\/p>\n
