I was born searching for my star and was offered this galaxy<\/p>\n
It was almost too much to cope with at times<\/p>\n
And me, just the tiniest speck amid this vast gathering<\/p>\n
Way too minute to register on the universal radar<\/p>\n
Insignificant but, breathing all the same<\/p>\n
My steady lup dup heart mimicking the pulsing of distant unknown stars<\/p>\n
Protons, electrons and neutrons circling each other<\/p>\n
Repelling, attracting, pinging<\/p>\n
All vying in a game of one-upmanship<\/p>\n
Different formula, same dance moves<\/p>\n
conjuring up the next spontaneous combustion<\/p>\n
A big bang<\/p>\n
A tiny pop<\/p>\n
An apocalypse perhaps<\/p>\n
Every now and then unexpected turbulence or, a devastation<\/p>\n
Perhaps a sixth dimension intervention<\/p>\n
Exquisite, ephemeral, eternal, ineffable<\/p>\n
I was born searching for my star<\/p>\n
Was offered this galaxy<\/p>\n
