Prompt 7, 7th Hour"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>7th Hour<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">A Season to Stand -Prompt 7<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Counsel of the suffering, the winds of change are upon us,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Blowing against the climate of discontent and disparity,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Adversities growing to heights as tall as the high-minded privileged,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">And as low as the mucky seed of divisiveness and raging white supremacy and anarchist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The burning Sun reveals the decaying carcasses of hate and greed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">This is the season that winter rains cannot even cleanse nor moisten the harden hearts of man,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Young and old march together in protest on a quest where we have fought before,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u00a0Screaming in unbelief on police cars, they stand crying; people dying in the street,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Faces masked in defeat from a Season that has no reason &#8211; where is an opened door?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Who will\u00a0 rise up and face the dark clouds that have been accumulating?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Who will take a stand<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">And shops are closed and the old and the youth ponder together where do we go from here,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Grandmas is dying and no one knows that 2-years old Fatima is already dead.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">No one is listening to what the doctor said&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">This Season has the seeds of solution, but who is willing to stop this contamination of mind &#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">How can the ground produce fruit, with so many fires to put out; so much pollution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I saw Falcons fly to my neighborhood seeking refuge instinctively,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Discerning the maddening crowd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Little food to eat, like us, are forced to retreat, quarantined,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">While protest does not bring the deluge of,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Water needed to quench the centuries of inequalities that wrap around America like chains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">People of many heritages sing in the street, &#8220;I Sing America Too!.\u00a0 Dejavu!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Tanks and rubber bullets can&#8217;t feel the hearts of men -&#8221;
