I\u2019m being followed by a plague doctor<\/p>\n

F\u0153tid breath of death<\/p>\n

Slip of leather soles over stone<\/p>\n

I hear him \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0creeping closer.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Behind his beaky mask<\/p>\n

lurk no colours. His eyes as dry<\/p>\n

as his clawed fingers, curled<\/p>\n

into talons rend & tear rend & tear<\/em><\/p>\n

leathery and skeletal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I\u2019m being followed by a plague doctor<\/p>\n

plague dreaming \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0plague dreaming<\/em><\/p>\n

all his teeth\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0north and south<\/p>\n

rend & tear\u00a0\u00a0 rend & tear<\/em><\/p>\n

caught between them, my skin<\/p>\n

burns & withers<\/p>\n

my lungs fill with fire<\/p>\n

I can\u2019t breathe<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I\u2019m being followed by a plague doctor<\/p>\n

plague coming\u00a0 \u00a0plague coming<\/em><\/p>\n

And if I ever lose my heart<\/p>\n

if the plague tears it apart<\/p>\n
