Gas sings in sibilant color;\r\nRed, yellow, blue, green, purple, orange. \r\nA heaven worth of Skittle's.\r\nHeaven born rainbows, freed from Earth.\r\nVast and breath catching,\r\nfrozen in the shade,\r\nthe universe encapsulates the planets.\r\nComets sling off meteoric tails,\r\nSending the burning to their death,\r\nOr tailing them along in the distance.\r\nClouds, quarks, crystals, suns,\r\nX-rays and the decay of atomic\r\nNuclei, penetrating gamma rays,\r\nAlph waves and beta waves,\r\nCosmic Rays to destroy,\r\nelectromagnetic radiation\r\nmust be protected again.\r\nHumans cannot stand before it,\r\nin their most base form.\r\nSomeone speaking out about the effects\r\nOf Earth's plant and animal life says\"\r\n\"So far we are alone, just us.\"\r\nPerhaps on Mars there were some bacteria,\r\nPerhaps RNA and DNA were born in a puddle \r\nthat dried under the supervision of rays.\r\nA moving, living system of forces,\r\nThat smells like raspberry \r\nand tastes like rum.\r\nI'm told that life is encouraged to live,\r\nhere out in the Universe around us.\r\nContaining rays at light speed,\r\nGravity to move ships, rocket flight,\r\nShuttles and homes afar,\r\nThis is my dream: to live, to see.\r\n\r\n<\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Starscapes Background on Mars is black.
