In the kitchen I like to be<\/p>\n
cooking is the thing for me<\/p>\n
reaching up for ingredients many<\/p>\n
first in the supermarket spree<\/p>\n
choose them very carefully<\/p>\n
or imagine a new recipe<\/p>\n
a la mode or soup du jour<\/p>\n
with me,<\/p>\n
you don\u2019t know what\u2019s in store<\/p>\n
mixing is a tricky task<\/p>\n
knowing what goes first or last<\/p>\n
chopping may take the longest<\/p>\n
but this mix always comes out best<\/p>\n
sweets are just my favorite thing<\/p>\n
angel food, homemade ice cream<\/p>\n
cookies on a stormy day<\/p>\n
will always cheer the gloom away<\/p>\n
sometimes kitchen it gets hot<\/p>\n
but anyplace better, there is not<\/p>\n
sometimes when I\u2019m dreaming so<\/p>\n
I wish cooking school<\/p>\n
as a youth I\u2019d go.<\/p>\n
