SEVEN LIGHT BLESSING<\/span>
\n<\/span>A \u201cReiki Ideals\u201d Healing Poem<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sit. Relaxed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Feet on the floor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Back straight.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Chin level.<\/span><\/p>\n

Breathe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>Check in with your breath.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your breath is another kind of pulse<\/span><\/p>\n

By which you can check the quality of your life.<\/span><\/p>\n

Self-Cyphadeen laid it down like this:<\/span><\/p>\n

Deep, slow, loving breaths? Deep, slow, loving life.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fast, shallow breaths? Fast, shallow life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

there are seven lights inside you<\/span><\/p>\n

the colors of the rainbow illuminate your aura<\/span><\/p>\n

see them now<\/span><\/p>\n

the mis\u0117 en place of your energy body<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Red on your tailbone<\/span><\/p>\n

Orange in your navel<\/span><\/p>\n

Yellow from your solar plexus<\/span><\/p>\n

Green within your heart<\/span><\/p>\n

Blue from your throat<\/span><\/p>\n

Purple in your forehead<\/span><\/p>\n

Violet resting on your head<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

there are seven lights inside you<\/span><\/p>\n

colors of the rainbow<\/span><\/p>\n

illuminating your aura<\/span><\/p>\n

see them now<\/span><\/p>\n

as we stir and awaken<\/span><\/p>\n

from root to crown<\/span><\/p>\n

the holy lights within you<\/span><\/p>\n

and repeat these words as I do:<\/span><\/p>\n

J<\/span>ust for today, do not be angry<\/span><\/p>\n

Just for today, be filled with gratitude<\/span><\/p>\n

Just for today, be humble<\/span><\/p>\n

Just for today, be honest in your words and in your work<\/span><\/p>\n

Just for today, see the best selves in your neighbors<\/span><\/p>\n

Just for today, remember we are all connected. <\/span><\/p>\n

Just for today. Just for today.<\/span>
