I see you true<\/p>\n

I caught a glimpse<\/p>\n

of the soul you hide behind your eyes<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I saw you see me, too<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You seem a dream<\/p>\n

A cruel mirage<\/p>\n

and yet\u00a0you are the one who grounds me<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So too, I hope<\/p>\n

there must be something holds you here<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You give me strength<\/p>\n

with strength you show<\/p>\n

when edges of the world do graze you<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It does not hurt<\/p>\n

you try to lie<\/p>\n

but<\/p>\n

your voice betrays you<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This I wish:<\/p>\n

The words to speak<\/p>\n

and a voice to speak them<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And this I fear:<\/p>\n

That you might fade away and I might miss you<\/p>\n

I hesitate<\/p>\n

unknowing<\/p>\n

if it would not be meet to kiss you<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Allow me this:<\/p>\n

A fingertip<\/p>\n

My being focused fully to this single point in space<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Let me reach you<\/p>\n

Give me grace<\/p>\n
