\nI’d ask my baby boy at play
\nThe answer that he gave me
\nBlows my mind unto this day
\nHe’d look up with a smile, and
\n“‘Nother me,” he’d say
\nMy jaw just hit the ground
\nAs he turned back around to play
\nYou see, my baby was a twin
\nA fact that he was not aware
\nAnd ever since his birth
\nI’d catch him talking to thin air
\nThis was the first time he was able
\nTo put it into words
\nThat he was playing with his twin
\nWho’d died weeks before their birth.
