 <\/p>\n

Is it different from the sixties?<\/p>\n

Are we really changed?<\/p>\n

What do we want in life?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There is always a lot:<\/p>\n

to be thankful for or<\/p>\n

to complain about<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

and in this country<\/p>\n

if you\u2019re white and privileged\u2013 to have.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Moon shadows follow us:<\/p>\n

reflections of who we<\/p>\n

might be<\/p>\n

can be<\/p>\n

wish to be.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Why are we here?<\/p>\n

Is it to learn something?<\/p>\n

Is it as random as leaves falling in the breeze?<\/p>\n

Or is this time and place perfect for us?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As if a pandemic and a pathological liar president<\/p>\n

ganging up on us isn\u2019t enough\u2026maybe there\u2019s a lesson here.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If we learn it, maybe it won\u2019t be so hard next time.<\/p>\n

Or maybe just the opposite\u2026it\u2019ll be a real challenge.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

None of us know for sure.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So what do we have?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Love, hope and<\/p>\n

a shadow we\u2019re<\/p>\n

not able to hug.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
