This will be my third poetry marathon. I\u2019m so excited to be attempting the 24 hour marathon again. I made a special journal and have taken a few other precautions to help be successful this year. \ud83e\udd1e\ud83c\udffc Positive thinking and mindful breath work, we\u2019ll get through this \u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m a Masters student, and a mama bear. I live in Canada and love writing or any form of expressive arts. I love to advocate for inclusivity and accessibility for all through my work as a Recreation Therapist.
