I\u2019ll have a super European sounding large<\/p>\n
half-caf, double oat milk<\/p>\n
with a raspberry syrup shot \u2013 make that two –<\/p>\n
white chocolate and raspberry syrup alternately drizzled down the sides,<\/p>\n
so I can see them through the clear plastic single-use cup,<\/p>\n
with triple foam<\/p>\n
and an extra shot of raspberry drizzled on top<\/p>\n
spelling out “Amelia Bloomer” \u2013 in cursive \u2013<\/p>\n
with a raspberry dotting the “I”.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
And I need it quickly<\/p>\n
so I can avoid having to take the Northbound #8 in fifteen minutes<\/p>\n
when it gets too crowded.<\/p>\n
And I\u2019d like that extra hot<\/p>\n
so when I eventually<\/p>\n
get to the bottom<\/p>\n
of the cup, it\u2019s not too cold<\/p>\n
to drink.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Maybe the guy over there should do it.<\/p>\n
You always get it wrong<\/p>\n
and I end up tossing<\/p>\n
half of it out because<\/p>\n
it\u2019s all syrupy and gross by the time<\/p>\n
my lunch break rolls around.<\/p>\n
Then I\u2019m wasting my $6.47 again and my day is ruined.<\/p>\n

Oh, and I\u2019d like to pay it forward;<\/p>\n
a small regular<\/p>\n
for anyone who comes in and<\/p>\n
looks like they can\u2019t afford it.<\/p>\n
