Sideways<\/p>\n
He is impervious to poetry<\/p>\n
He knows his presence<\/p>\n
His comfort<\/p>\n
Are most important of all<\/p>\n
He has a bad boop on his head<\/p>\n
And stickers that must be pulled<\/p>\n
He puts his head down on the arm<\/p>\n
Trying to sleep while I clack away<\/p>\n
A sound he cannot control<\/p>\n
He is impervious to poetry<\/p>\n
But not the inconvenience<\/p>\n
It creates<\/p>\n
His self-centered existence<\/p>\n
The comfort of a warm lap<\/p>\n
Disturbed<\/p>\n
By floating words from sideways fingers<\/p>\n
On a laptop invading his space<\/p>\n
