It took just over ten hours to convict<\/p>\n
the jury of twelve saw no reason<\/p>\n
to dismiss or acquit.<\/p>\n
The evidence laid before them made<\/p>\n
clear that something must be done here<\/p>\n
With a callous nature and malicious intent<\/p>\n
the defendant intentionally decided not to<\/p>\n
release his knee off of George Floyds neck.<\/p>\n
Sitting in that chair in the courtroom<\/p>\n
awaiting his fate stunned when the verdict<\/p>\n
was giving “GUILTY on all Three Counts”<\/p>\n
his face flushed red with dread as he now<\/p>\n
comprehends the gravity of his situation.<\/p>\n
A collective sigh of Relief being extricated<\/p>\n
from the mouths of people around the world<\/p>\n
who through a video bared witness to<\/p>\n
the evident execution of an unarmed black<\/p>\n
man was expelled\u00a0at that moment.<\/p>\n
Twenty two and a half years the defendant<\/p>\n
was giving seems a little light to me<\/p>\n
But hopefully this finally gives the Floyd<\/p>\n
family some Peace.<\/p>\n
