I want more,<\/p>\n
but can’t ever seem to get it.<\/p>\n
It sometimes creeps up on me<\/p>\n
when I least expect,<\/p>\n
one moment doing something,<\/p>\n
and the next coming to,<\/p>\n
fuzzy mind and thoughts,<\/p>\n
wondering what happened,<\/p>\n
a little drool on my chin<\/p>\n
where my mouth came open<\/p>\n
and betrayed me.<\/p>\n
I can fall into it quickly,<\/p>\n
but it’s also an elusive venture,<\/p>\n
making me a walking zombie,<\/p>\n
craving rest and coffee.<\/p>\n
The journey is always ongoing<\/p>\n
as I search how to turn off my brain,<\/p>\n
watching endless late-nights shows,<\/p>\n
fighting off the urge to mindlessly snack,<\/p>\n
and hoping the end of this road<\/p>\n
finds me snuggled up comfortably,<\/p>\n
steadily breathing,<\/p>\n
and finally peacefully dreaming.<\/p>\n
