Love that reaches<\/p>\n
beyond the heavens<\/p>\n
deeper than the<\/p>\n
trenches of the oceans<\/p>\n
No one knows the ache<\/p>\n
of that love<\/p>\n
but she who bears it<\/p>\n
She prays and hopes<\/p>\n
that all she does<\/p>\n
is\u00a0right<\/p>\n
She fed them<\/p>\n
and prayed with them<\/p>\n
and sent them to bed<\/p>\n
when what she really did<\/p>\n
was send them back to<\/p>\n
God<\/p>\n
for she could not<\/p>\n
bear the ache<\/p>\n
any longer<\/p>\n
Others ponder<\/p>\n
pass judgment<\/p>\n
criticize and punish<\/p>\n
There but for<\/p>\n
the grace of that<\/p>\n
God<\/p>\n
go I<\/p>\n
For I have known<\/p>\n
hurt and despair<\/p>\n
And I plumbed my heart<\/p>\n
trying to reach<\/p>\n
beyond the heavens<\/p>\n
deeper than the<\/p>\n
trenches of the oceans<\/p>\n
I saw the gifts I had been given<\/p>\n
and loved with all of my<\/p>\n
God-given heart<\/p>\n
For He named me<\/p>\n
Mother<\/p>\n
and asked me to take care of them<\/p>\n
So I fed them<\/p>\n
and prayed with them<\/p>\n
and sent them to bed<\/p>\n
to live the joy of<\/p>\n
many days<\/p>\n
