If God is Change<\/span><\/p>\n

Death is Certainty<\/span><\/p>\n

there are no questions<\/span><\/p>\n

or details left unattended<\/span><\/p>\n

nothing left to Chance<\/span><\/p>\n

(who would undoubtedly be<\/span><\/p>\n

some haughty and commanding figure)<\/span><\/p>\n

Death knows both you<\/span><\/p>\n

and the itinerary<\/span><\/p>\n

inside and out<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Death will appear<\/span><\/p>\n

in the form through which<\/span><\/p>\n

you can best comprehend<\/span><\/p>\n

the gravity of the situation –<\/span><\/p>\n

their expression is wry<\/span><\/p>\n

as if they are<\/span><\/p>\n

always a step ahead of you<\/span><\/p>\n

and they are<\/span><\/p>\n

a sardonic sense of humor<\/span><\/p>\n

is necessary<\/span><\/p>\n

for the particular task<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As well as curated kindness<\/span><\/p>\n

like a nurse<\/span><\/p>\n

with a frightened patient<\/span><\/p>\n

like an old friend<\/span><\/p>\n

a guide<\/span><\/p>\n

a guardian angel<\/span><\/p>\n

or a kind top<\/span><\/p>\n

walking you home<\/span><\/p>\n
