Don’t ask me to ruminate<\/p>\n

and list the times I wish<\/p>\n

I had said yes<\/p>\n

The only times<\/p>\n

it truly mattered<\/p>\n

in the bright concourse of life<\/p>\n

I did say yes<\/p>\n

to my wife-to-be<\/p>\n

now my wife-in-fact<\/p>\n

Don’t ask me to tabulate regrets<\/p>\n

I have none<\/p>\n

After decades I learned<\/p>\n

to feel love<\/p>\n

accept love<\/p>\n

share love<\/p>\n

in gratitude<\/p>\n

with the ease of saying<\/p>\n
