They are the best!<\/p>\n<p>Imaginary kids listen and offer support.<\/p>\n<p>They teach more than just how to play pretend.<\/p>\n<p>Estimates suggest as many as two-thirds of children have imaginary friends.<\/p>\n<p>Reports have shown imaginary friends existing in children up to 12 years old.<\/p>\n<p>How old am I?<\/p>\n<p>Does that really matter?<\/p>\n<p>Yes, I am over fifty!<\/p>\n<p>So what?<\/p>\n<p>7.5 % of those studied reported experiencing an imaginary friend as an adult.<\/p>\n<p>If your imaginary child ever becomes scary, aggressive, or frightening, an evaluation with a mental health professional can give you peace of mind.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ll have no need for that.<\/p>\n<p>If my imaginary child ever becomes scary, aggressive, or frightening, I\u2019ll just give them a piece of my mind and to send them to their rooms.<\/p>\n<p>Later, I\u2019ll shout, \u201cJust wait until your imaginary mother gets home!
