BABY LADIES

Baby ladies rule
Doing the stroll, doing deeds
Unheard of before

Baby ladies primp
And preen in neon puddles
Left by summer storms

Baby ladies blow
Pink bubblegum fire crackers
While luring their prey

Baby ladies climb
Into childhood beds with
Shredded teddy bears

Baby ladies dream
To be bitches or witches
Or women like mom

BABY BOOMERS

BABY BOOMERS

Mostly survivors
Our fathers returned from
The last good great war

They built Levittown,
Disneyland, American
Dreams of perfection

TIcky tacky lots
With ticky tacky houses,
Castles in the sky

And we rebelled

Everlasting

You’re so far away

I stare at the dark above–

Stars reassure me

When night envelops

I remember promises–

Everlasting love

Lives on in night skies

If one light shines above–you

Said our souls were one

Astraphobia

Rico is screaming

Point of no return, walking

Into silent thunder and

Overhead zigzags

Blinding

Inhale a deep breath

Before a summer rainstorm-

Amazing ozone

Too bad pittie has

Astraphobia
