I have been writing poetry since age 11. Free verse, quatrains, sonnets, haiku. I also write short stories and I paint, mostly in oils. I used to be a teacher and I act onstage as much as I can. Every word is a small section of my existence.

Hi I’m Donna and I’m very excited to be part of this. What a great incitement to write more!! I’ve been writing poetry since age 11—free verse, quatrains, usually sonnets. I’m also a visual artist and an actor. Art of so many forms. I look forward to sharing my work (half marathon) and reading others’.
