If you need a friend
one who is genuine
look no further for her
name is Mewra
She will show up dancing with a smile
She loves to sing in the wild

Her hair looks like a butterfly
Her dreams are big as the sky
Her voice is like thunder
Her stature is strong
She is a friend indeed
And a friend when in need!

Would you like a friend like Mewra?
Are you a friend like Mewra

I may not be familiar with your language
I sure do can say I love you

So no objection overruled

And all is said and done
I can safely say
There was no one else but you
You can sing this song knowing that

Nothing can break the love
No denying that cause

something in your heart gives a nudge

Sip Sip on a small Coffee
Straight from the pot
Hot and steaming
Look at the faces beaming
just a small coffee
to ease the stress
And start the day.
Feeling alive
Feeling the drive

Oxtail curry or stew
Oxtail if you only knew
Oxtail brown or red
Cooked to taste so great

Just so you know oxtail makes a great meal on your plate!

Understand that it’s time to go
Don’t try to be cute

That you he lost the race

It’s quarter to nine
Jamaica curfew time
Music 🎶 a beat
People jammin in the street
Rum Bar shenanigans in style

Police sirens 🚨 sound the alarm
Bottles feet 👣 hands 🙌🏽 and knees buckle to Make an escape its curfew time

We love fun in the street
As we rock and drink to the reggae beat
Rum Bar shenanigans in full swing
Quarter to nine Jamaica 🇯🇲 curfew time.
