A slight smirk crossed his face You could tell what was to happen next The words in the room made tears come to our eyes Hands were slapping thighs We all had this silly high That mischievous grin Made us all sin A slight smirk crossed his face I am coming back to this place
Hello, Lydia,
Was this a clown? Perhaps were you at a comedy club? It doesn’t really matter because I like how this made you feel. I want to be next to you because of “slapping thighs,” “silly high,” “mischeivous grin,” and — most especially — “made us all sin.” Already my mind is racing beyond a clown or comedian. What was the temptation, and exactly was the nature of the sin? Nah, I really do not need to know the specifics because I can see the effect it had on you. If you develop this, maybe think of giving us more clues without being explicit. There’s something fun in guessing, at least from my perspective.
Thank you, that one was rather hard… But I did enjoy the challenge…. Have a great week!
