Hands shaking
Minds changing
Peace making
Skies blue
Eyes witnessing
Ears listening
Hearts ministering
Words true
Arms dropping
Harm stopping
Opportunity knocking
For more than few
Great debating
Love making
War taking none
Do you
Have a dream too

Attracted to that syrupy sweet
This dream’s not deferred
we meet like insects and nectar
On the lips of every word
Abundant with flourishing fruit
not a cut wildflower bouquet
This gathering and offering in pastures to play
Endlessly in serenity
Only the stars nightly lay
Amused of the splendor frolicking below in a way
Only God’s creatures giggle
And spirits don’t stay
Grounded
They surround the ones
That remind them of May

Rest assured
Feels calm
Warm penetrating gleams of sunshine all day long
Tastes like cinnamon with Naturally sweet
Plaintains glazed and shared in mouths
With blades of grass under feet
Speaking in softness
Wrapped in care
Mysteries of the heavens manifesting there
In full production for Luis Armstrong’s world to see
The old adage of finding treasure
Feels like the joy
Of you finding me
In the Summer

Appearing out of thin air suddenly sounding surrounding lights

Bass and crescendo an exclamation point to the gathering brightness

Sparks filled the sky or maybe I noticed it came true

A celebration the revelations that there are fireworks when I’m with you

Or perhaps in the midst of darkness there was in fact nothing in the sky, and the blinding brightness and resonating reverberations was the light of you and I.

All power and authority

Summoned and required

Fervently preparing urgently daring

Striving to our hearts desire

Some collapse some surpass

Some crash some succeed

Connection to entities greater

The need

Through all terrain and realms

Valleys, Precipices, and Venues

Forward onward

The Marathon Continues

Freedom I write you

Freedom in sight

Freedom I held you

Peace last night

Numb to the strife

Come to the light

Freedom I know you
