Rachel is a gifted Multi-Platform Solutionary Artivist working primarily with Energy Transformation. With a strong focus on Women’s Leadership, Youth Empowerment and bridging intergenerational connections, Rachel seeks to close the gaps in social, environmental and spiritual justice movements; in a constant search for the intersectionality in every opportunity to make positive change. Art, Music, Design, Performance and Humor (+a little Mountain Girl Magic) drive the methods to which she has amassed a wealth of “First Aid” tips for the Mind Body & Spirit. Although she has immersed herself in many traditions and bodies of work, Rachel chooses not limit herself to any one school, modality, religion or training. “A lot happens when we change our mind, and even more happens when we bring creative flow to the movement. You will never make in this work
it belongs to those with old money and the trust funded
So…
I set out to debunk his theory\
Because if we leave regeneration in the hands of the well endowed
we normalize whats been allowed for far too long
and we give away our power
I’ve learned to live pretty close to the ground so I don’t miss much when the money runs out
never had much in the first pace
But I feel that when we distribute the weight
we’re going to prove him wrong

Statistics and surveys may be skewed no one expected so many people to show up early
to count their voices with early votes
and still they did
what now? Will you wait to see if you could simply stay on the couch?
as though someone else could ever speak your voice
dont sit on the couch don’t throw it Away
I never pledged alliegence to anybody’s flag but I’m on the chessboard so I play
why not vote while you still can? Or just sit it out according to plan
