The Poetry Marathon

A woman . . . she had not known of LOVE before.

Nor is she a romanticism.

So she did not realized of a start of a marathon,

when suddenly she was in the middle of it.

Her heart went rock and about so abruptly,

causing her nerves run wildly,

and stop at the mention of a man-figure.

Unbeknownst . . . her hand lunging forward thought her effort failed her,

When he only exist for a millisecond,

Leaving with her most dumbest look.

Delighted for the coming spring,

Clouds started dancing and jumping,

not noticing,

while they are twirling,

their handsome dress started falling,

Unveil a grey cloak, unbelieving,

and disapproving.

Don’t worry about the heat,

because everyone feel the same.

Move your feet a step in front,

because Pluto is leaving.

Rinse your hand dry,

properly,

disinfect it.

Unlike the others,

the sorrows I had need to be hidden,

from everyone,

and from her – his beloved adopted.

So I told my heart,

its fine…wound will heal,

though he was forever gone.
