Hello, fellow poetry marathoners! So excited to be joining this illustrious group for the first time. I gather I’m supposed to introduce myself here.
I don’t write poetry often, but I’m looking forward to this challenge. Typically, I seem drawn to create poetry during times of distress. It’s always a therapeutic and revealing process for me, uncovering secrets I didn’t know I harboured. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow uncovers for me as I excavate my wounds – both old and new (and hopefully explore some happier themes along the way).
