There are places that feel like the center of the universe.
We had our time in Jerusalem, 2009.
Suddenly everything slowed down a there was nowhere else to think to be.
First week in the old city I couldn’t stand the light,
Every brick acting as a mirror throwing fists kept me inside.
I needed some distraction or the all consuming fire of location would burn me whole.
Just moments away from the nexus of prayer, Al Aqsa Mosque and Kotel Ha’Ma’aravi.
The holy sites for book bound souls and I was afraid to see.
Slowly I climbed the steps, checked rooftops and found the passageways. Old city snakes it’s way into hearts, inspires war, “drain the blood but do not stain the street.”
I saw the very map of separation and felt safe on the wrong side of segregation.
Some time later, upon my rooftop in lotus position,
Krisha in my sky, and the god of Ezekiel.
The muezzin summon all the faithful.
I feel the pull of worship,
Confused in my belief but trying to unfold every meaning.
With the burden of another day,
Before the sun’s full scorch,
Peaceful people make the walk,
To shule or mosque or church.
Clouds can also hear the call,
Aords shake the heavens high,
And in my seat I feel the worship,
Of raindrops from the sky.
My View
The key it’s to remember to give each other the space for breathing and have trust on your significant other. After all if you choose each other after all the other choices it’s because you are really into one an other. The rules is simple trust your self in other to trust your significant other; respect their privacy, in order for them to respect yours. Never push someone to confined on you, when they ready to speak they will. Even if you don’t like their friends, respect their previous relationship because after all their friends were their before you and they will remain their after you if it’s that case. Don’t assume and always ask question and made sure it is a question and not you assuming. Always find the time to give your significant other the feeling they matter. If you spending time together let it be together and not Social media in between…
There’s a time and place for everything. If your significant other it’s going through hard time made sure your are been emotional supporter and a true friend. If you can’t provide this, they will go on to their friends and love you in the dark and the relationship start to weakness and them you wonder what happen where all it go.
Most important remember to love your self in order to keep loving other. Is ok to be there for other, but also take care of your well being.

Niall Griffiths
Niall Griffiths writes a tidy book
Always worth a look
Like
If you’re bored as shite
And not easily offended
By the terms ‘sheep’ and ‘shagger’ blended
On the front cover
And can pronounce Welsh place names like
Llanidloes without help from your mother
Ah, give ‘im a read mun –
He might not be proper like
But he’s bloody good fun!

All this time
Her eyes follow him
as he shifts position,
reacting as he reacts to her.
Eyes that jump with joy to meet
and always have
for so many years.
She waits til he settles
before she whispers
“It wasn’t too bad, was it Sam?”
“Well, the first twenty five years
were touch and go,but
the next twenty five made up for it.”
She coughs a weak laugh
he touches her hand.
The merest touch
but it’s enough
for powerful emotion
on a well run course.
She smiles softly
then closes her eyes.
He’ll never make her laugh again.
He feels her hand cool
as she drifts away from him
after all this time.
22 – Love is
Love is
not what you read
in a bubblegum wrapper.
Love is
not what religions
are trying to teach you.
Love is
not necessarily
blind.
Love is
not always simple
or easy to maintain.
Love is
a wild being
that doesn’t stay still.
Love is
never
in a past tense.
Love Poem
what is the right way to love?
and who are we to interfere?
who should decide?
who is permitted, to love without fear?
woman and man
two women
or
two men
it is not for you, for we or for us to say

Let me finish
and we will,
we will
get some breakfast.
*slurp on my coffee cup*
Let me go
and you work,
you work
I’ll get food.
*slurp on my coffee cup*
What’s your favorite?
and you like,
you like
cherry, coconut, chocolate bavarian
*slurp on my coffee cup*
“My gawd, your efforts are waning, you need to step up your game. I’ll be back.”

Tattoos are living prompts
Etched on skin
Each has a story
Each has a life
Living breathing canvas with touchable art
Meant to be read
Meant to be heard

Love, Rediscovered
I loved you without word, or look or token,
You satisfied a need in me,
I didn’t even know I’d need
A primal urge, instinctive and unspoken.
Then I, so unaware of this devotion,
Was given to your look-alike,
A hateful thing of bile and spite
And learned to loathe your name once it was spoken
Your stand-in was a feeble imitation
My innocent, instinctive need
Became a slave to social greed
Delighting to reveal my limitations
Three times the term of years we were companions
Was I condemned to suffer there
All in your name, my thick despair
Was blamed on you, with careless, gay abandon.
At last, my prison term was deemed completed,
The warden-puppet sent away
Left me to find my lonely way
My hatred for you now as deeply seated
As once, in innocence, I used to need you.
I battled on in hate and fear
And loathed you deeper, every year
Until I found the truth required to free you.
The memories fade of tortures I endured;
Although committed in your name,
I now dismiss the worthless claim
As slander of the worst ever procured
For now I recognise this buried yearning
The joy of rediscovery
And how the truth has set me free,
I hold you in my heart again, sweet Learning
