Song of Grace

When I fall from your grace.

Show me your light of your.

Deepest love for me.

Never let your love go from my soul.

Or the darkness of life.

Cover your light too my soul.

Your song of your grace is always within my soul.

My dearest grace.

Song of my soul .

Is your love for me

Intro

It’s about time to start and I’m very excited! I’m a teacher of small children, mother of five daughters, and I’m doing this for me! Let the games begin!

Once upon a time AGAIN!!

Hello Everyone !

My name is Hardika and I am from India. Last time this marathon gave me a chance to discover myself through poems but this time I will give my thoughts a certain direction. Here In india I am associated with a campaign ‘Stop Acid Attacks’ but deep inside i am still an armature poet, who loves to write! All the best to everyone!

Fucking shit

It’s 8:41am and I am holding someone else s baby in my arms.
And I’m out of cigarettes.
My wife and I sleep in the same room her mom died in.
Who died of lung cancer, from smoking.
And all i can think about is inhaling that sweet nicotine, and starting my day.
Since nothing goes my way, I say fucking shit and go get dressed

Just a ‘Hellu’

Just a ‘Hellu’.

‘Hi’ *gives a cyber wave.

This is my first time entering this very interested competition.

Good Luck to all those who are taken part! See you on the other side. 🙂

getting ready

When asked to introduce myself… I did. Here I am. Anglo- Irish, and proud of it. Crap at music, but hears the rhythm of words. Weird that! I write fast so I’m looking forward to the challenge. Hope I can finish it with at least one great idea to work on.

Howdy :)

Looking forward to meeting people and reading and writing poems. Today has turned into a surprisingly busy day for me, so I will do my best with this marathon. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to write, so forgive the dust as I shake off my soul and prepare to fly with everyone on this adventure… *smile*
