Hour 15 image prompt -Cutie Cup

Sometimes work is hard

And leaves you drained so deep

That all you can do

Is go home and sleep

Sometimes work is easy

And you take it sleazy

Feeling all breezy

And those moment can be balanced

And captured in whimsy

Magic moments like this cup upon the head

Hour 15 text prompt – Experience

Oh, you look so different from …

Well, the norm

Are you doing something later?

A larp? A dance?

You look a lil cooler, more confident

So that’s how you see yourself?

Well you should do it more often.

Be yourself.

Hour 14 image prompt – Loner

Sometimes I see a story

In a single blade of grass

Or reflection of a dusty glass

Sometimes it’s just silence

A vast and empty space

And emptier glass-eyed face

Sometimes I lose nothing to this

And zone away for days

And it matters not what anyone says

Sometimes but not always

It happens in a quiet place

Like this little block of city

I stare at my phone

And write abandoned to my fate

Hour 14 Text prompt – [Redacted]

Status report nominal

The ship sails the cosmos

A winding river of stars

And journey into new life

Light, and adventure

Galactic travel is possible thanks to [redacted]

Perilous [redacted] approaching

The future is [redacted]

And only [redacted]

remains [redacted]

End of log

Captain [Redacted]

Hour 13 image prompt

Stripes

Make my eyes

Hurt so much

Stripes

Change the lanes

From roads

To crosswalks

And I

Wear striped pants

That hurt my eyes

As I cross

Striped streets

With my eyes closed

A horizontal crosswalk black and white striped being crossed by a pair of legs in vertical white and black stripes

Hour 13 text prompt – Enter the Dingion

Many voices speaking

Only some worth hearing

Peanut gallery and gaggle

As lil gems roll

Across the table

Scent of paint and snacks

Sound of monster attacks

Crinkle wrappers

“Oh snaps!”

Gold and chocolate trading hands

And dwarven rhymes exchanged

A Scottish orc and party play

For rings of yu-an-ti

And at the end I am exhausted

Consistently at odds

With children after school

A DM to would-be Gods

Hour 12 image prompt – Spires and webs

The eye of Sclera sees all

The webs of Sclera reach

And enchanted students learn

From Sclera who does teach

All who are willing

And some who are not

Who is the ruler

Occutavius, non-vacuous

Lord of the spire

With an all seeing Scleric eye

Hour 12 text prompt – a close closet

Closed to clothes

And filled with bones

The wooden hinges creak

The tip tip tap of many toes

Sentient pear antique

Ripped from the wall,

Not a chest

A close by closet for traveler’s ease

An armoire by technicality

My closet companion tamed

By consuming what are now skeletons

Hour 11 image prompt – into the woods

Into the woods

In search of the fae

To see if they

Can trick me

And thus I shall trick them

Into giving me

A place to stay

I think I’d like it there within

The deep woods of the fae

With nature twisted by magic

And maybe find myself a fae beast

With stripes and fangs and wings

And magic at the least

Making it my friend

And eating a fae feast

Hour 11 text prompt -Ordinary Rock

“Extraordinary in Ordinary”- pick an ordinary object and make it extraordinary. You can do it by giving it some special attributes or a different background and story.

I… Am a fan of rocks.

Most every kind has something unique about it

Take a river stone, rounded by time

Perfect for skipping

But also absorbent to an extent

And lighter upon drying out

And this one while ordinary,

Sedimentary in appearance

When given a little love

And a lot of power

Can hold the soul

Of a demon lord

Transforming it from ordinary

Without changing its appearance

Fouling the river without alerting the heroes

To our evil plot.

Plus-side? It’s super satisfying

To fling a demon

1…2…3…4 skips across the water

And it can’t even retaliate
