Roy Mark Azanza Corrales, commonly called by his peers or friends as simply Roy or Mark , has always been fond of reading books since he was studying his early basic education at Marist School , Marikina. The Marist High School Library , with its wide array of books becomes his haven. He then became associate editor of Reconciliare , the newsletter of University of La Sallete Seminary in Silang Cavite and was also a national literary editor of NFJPIA Newsletter. He had joined collegiate parliamentary debate and accounting quizzes. During his spare time , he made a point to write inspiration in a poetry genre. He studied BSBA Management Accounting at ABE International College of Business and Accounting in Cainta, Rizal. He was a former seminarian in a Franciscan all -male monastery named Adoration Friars of Saint Clare (AFC) where he acquired Frater Maximilian Marie of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, AFC as his religious name. There, he also become a secretary general of secretary of the community, and former catechist in a Diocese of Antipolo parish. The solace of solitude often invited him to discern and marvel about human existence and spirituality in making life more meaningful. After the awarding of PENTASI B HISTORICAL FORUM 2013, he underwent research and was able to contribute a press release entitled “Philippine : Poetry Hub of the World.” He also contributed to different anthologies like I am poetry, Verses: Typhoon Yolanda A Storm pf Philippine Poets (edited by Eileen Tabios), and many more. In 2013, he was able to organize a one-man poetry show at Library of World Art of Memories. He did the same in 2014 and in 2015, aside from the one-man poetry show, he also made his first visual poem and was posted at PENTASI B WORLD FRIENDSHIP POETRY named “humility.” Roy is currently a corporate secretary in ALGACROPS, INC. a family business engaged in exportation of dried seaweeds. Roy is a spoken word artist from Laya Manila since July 2017. Roy is currently engaged in publication of own works and other authors works through his own publishing company duly registered as RMAC BLOOMING PUBLISHING.
Cold night scenic dark enveloping
Witnessing how world turns
In its daytime or nighttime
Thrills of each passage
Making sense of listening
Listening the dead silence
Snoring of people surroundings
Epic madness of thoughts lingers
Marveling in its passages
Thriller skyline of my own being sparkles
Darkness of sight seeks beyond what it seems
Changes surely in the next phase of another day

Time on its plain sight
Expanding and Extinguishing
Stirring space across the land and the sky
Marvelous encounters of wizard’s tale
Potions made and counter spells uttered
Stirring to a witness to be astonished
Heart rending tales of old sparkles anew
Legends of old are immortalized
Since the time of its memorial
Wizardry of old religion reminisces
Calling on till the end of time
Myths or realities
Marvels the universe of humanity
How and why of things transpiring
Emulating and elating humankind
A feat of an old religion prevails in its antiquity

To likened myself to its end
Finding solace in its meaning
So, I can justify the interval of life echoes
Pondering why and how of things
Reasonability of known course of humanity
What life may contain in its epoch
Pointing into the direction of life chapters
Seeing and listening in the life challenges
Seeing beyond the test of time
Life is what may seem but it does not
Wondering and pondering in its easement of understanding
Still it is new pavement of living quartets in a song
Life echoes immensely

Light midst dark past hedges
Call of the wind howling
To create a lasting space
Echoes in unimultiverses cascading
To extract meaning to life coexistence
To correlate as ripple of soul connection
To deepen further in every possibility
To dug out the core of understanding
To garner the August hall of poem created
To let out in the catalyst of springtime
To reach out unto new depth of a soul
To heighten the nature of every year pulsating
To pursue possibility how the longing of a soul
Harnessing the universal call of loving
Edging the heart of a soul exchanging
Exuding soul engagement the “us ”

Eyes can see outside the window tonight
Listening to the droplets from heaven
Outpouring from red sky above rainy night
Making things from a computer in a haven
Viewing the bounties of Creation
Neither my hand but His Hand from above
Leading me into the contemplation
Seeing that there is always possibility of peace
Reigning forth in the familiar spirit of hope
Fervent prayers of my own humanity
Sharing much immensity of love dove
Resigning my spirit for our own undertaking
Resonating the spirit connect of gentle souls
Sharing the universe that gives unending love connects

Lack in friendship whom I deemed so much respect
Knowing every element of entirety aspect
Consuming immensely my soul and spirit
Entertaining immensely to given aspiration
Nothing much is given
Entering in a given silence
To thresh out the inner sanctum
As silence communicate sanity
Providentially caring and solidifying boundaries
Gaining ground but space back out in lustier
Inflaming capacities reaching new horizons
Making it to myself to its mastery
Engaging to life without him always moving forward
Reaching much in the emulation within the inward

The call of a lover in shy hour
In its delight inhibited tale
Calling from its lustful tour
Giving a self to sale
Enriching the tenements of a being
Elaborating in every steps
Much higher echoing of a Being
Moving in the communion of steps
Reminding realities over the torrents of sign
Rendering in the heart of a seer
In its luscious steps given sigh
Primarily exhibited by doer
Delighting heart of a true lover
Meaningful sight of true believer

Living a civil society everything is order no wars or no famine
Among the people of world and living with no problem with each other
Coexistence without strife nor division utopian experience
Rarely becoming a new world order existing
Circumstances allays such dilemma enriching
Flavors of all colors transcending determining
Developing in the humanity outer space blissful plateau
Cohesiveness unleashing enticing humanity
Forms coexistence livable
Peaceful existence far reaching
Lovable domain in the equinox of humanity
Determinants of all resource equally shared
Humanity in awe and coexistence in plain living
Loving experience to the nth level gratifying

a day passing
A Sunday about to end
drenched day in the early morning
though passing the heat like summer day
evening calls next in the horizon
pushing in the limits of things
enriching life episodic days
clarity assimilating
ending a so meaningful
gracious spirits sharing
closing in the day with moment
greenery of City Forest garnering
always making meaning in the days passing
Insects in the city
Living in the torrent of every civilization
Invasion of ancient species
Humanity evolution revolution
Ushering new solutions
Forwarding realization
Traversing new undertaking
Moving into resolution
A sense of balance
Where art thou living existence?
Wary in the ancient times biggest specimen
Adaptability resonating in ages
Moving of insects like roaches and the like
Pensiveness minuteness overflowing
Becoming sometimes a famine in the ages of humanity
Surely it is realizable capacities enriching
Living coexistence in every abode of humanity
