A perfect Haiku for a vision of the Bay. Living in Muskoka this truly spoke to me.
Thank you Wendie. I lost my heart to Georgian Bay when I was eight years old…They say that either you hear its call and are enchanted…or nothing at all.
Love the picture you paint with this haiku!
Thank you Cristy! Being on Georgian Bay in the pitch black of night with the stars strewn across never-ending sky is spectacular and I tried to convey it in haiku.
Love the ethereal aspect of this poem! This poem gives such power to the water and the beauty is so well described! Gorgeous! My cousin lives on Georgian Bay, it is stunning!
Thank you Siobhan! Georgian Bay has so many legends of Water Spirts that haunt the Bay…I think I even managed a portrait…definitely an interesting picture anyways. I love the Bay immensely and cannot wait to return to its shores.
May the spirits keep you safe and sane…
