This is beautiful. I love the phrasing and flow of words, as well as the simple repetition of “I see you” – it works well given the sentiment of the poem. This would have worked well for the “tenderness prompt too!
Have you thought of separating the first line into three? Perhaps it was meant to be – the formatting can go wonky sometimes. 🙂
