The arrogant mouse; armored in battle uniform, nudges the bull with its pointy nose off of its trail as it races towards the lions, spear in hand, evoking fear from the elephant who starts to run in the opposite direction from the lion’s pride that seems to shrink as the mighty mouse draws nearer.
Love the idea of a tiny mouse that is fearless and strikes fear in all the much larger animals. Captures the essence of small but mighty

The narrative in this short poem is epic, but so to is your use of language; the ambiguity of the phrase ‘the lion’s pride’ makes the narrative all the deeper and more meaningful.
