I started writing poetry as a girl and started my professional writing life as a poet. But as the decades went by and I had to make a living as a writer, I wrote poetry less and less. Though once a poet, the poetry never leaves the writer, dontcha think? I'm hoping this gets my mind thinking in verse again. |
